boiled eggs
cut in half

green chilies

ginger garlic paste

sprig curry leaves

turmeric powder

red chili powder

coriander powder

garam masala

coconut powder
salt as required

Instructions
heat oil in a pan.
saute thinly sliced onions, green chilies, salt together until they become soft.
add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well.
cut the boiled eggs in half and place them in the pan and mix carefully.
add garam masala, desiccated coconut powder and mix again.
cover and cook for 3-5 minutes on low flame.
remove the lid, add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
