10green Chilies(big chilies used for making Pakora)

one big lemon-sized tamarind
2tbspAjwain/Carom seeds
1tbspamchur powder

Instructions
Preparing the Stuff for Chili Fritters
put ajwain, besan, amchur powder in a mixer jar and make them into a powder (keep one 1 tbsp of this powder for mixing in the batter).
microwave or boil soaked tamarind for 2 minutes and make into a fine paste.
mix the powder, salt and tamarind paste together and keep aside.
Assembling
rinse green chilies thoroughly, make lengthwise slits with a needle or a knife and remove the seeds.
next stuff all the chilies with the chili fritters paste and keep aside.
Preparing the Batter
Take a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour/besan, rice flour, baking soda, salt, saved (ajwain, besan & amchur) powder and mix with enough water to make a medium thick batter.
Frying
heat enough oil for deep frying.
when the oil is hot, dip each green chili in the batter and leave them in oil slowly.
