Halwa recipe made with bottle gourd.
peel the skin and remove the inner and seeds from the bottle gourd.grate and keep aside.
melt ghee in a pan and roast cashew nuts, chopped almonds and raisins.take them into a plate and keep aside.
in the same pan, add grated bottle gourd and saute until the raw flavor and the moisture disappears.
add milk and cook until it disappears.
add sugar and mix continuously until it becomes glossy.
put a little ghee again and add the roasted nuts and mix until it becomes hard.
turn off the flame and serve hot or chilled.
