Jeera pepper chicken is a tasty Andhra and Telangana restaurant style recipe.dear friends half of my blog is filled with restaurant style recipes.because it’s not only me but every one wants to taste that style of recipes.but it might not be possible every time.so i have decided to post as many recipes(restaurant) as possible.whenever i go to restaurant i use to take a snap of the menu, select one tempting recipe and try that in my kitchen.99% of them turned out fantastic.only few were disasters.don’t worry i don’t post them.
this Jeera pepper chicken was amazing.the chicken pieces were very tender as they were soaked for one hour.and you could never forget the mesmerizing taste of jeera/cumin if try for once.actually i used 2 teaspoons of jeera/cumin powder.but suggested to use 1 1/2 teaspoons.you can taste the marinade and adjust the spices accordingly.but however no other spice should dominate the jeera taste. before shooting this recipe i thought to add butter instead of oil,but forgot in hurry.so added at the end.but you can add in the beginning.it enhances the taste.keep on cooking…enjoy…  🙂
