In this rice I used Basmati rice/Long grained rice.but you can use normal rice. the outcome of the recipe depends on how you cook the rice. The rice should be flaky.for this you need soak the rice for 30 minutes. If you are using Basmati rice, the ratio of Basmati rice and water should be 1 : 1 1/4.If you are using normal rice the ratio of water should be 1 : 1 1/2.If you are cooking pressure cooker cook up to 3 whistles. If you like to cook it in a separate vessel, bring the rice to a boil on high flame and turn the flame to simmer and cook until the rice is perfectly done. it’s better to cook it in an Electric cooker.

This is the first recipe that my husband prepared for me. before that i never saw cooking egg fried like this.one thing that makes this recipe unique is marinating rice with spice powders. The taste will amaze you.Try and Enjoy this recipe..and don’t forget to give your valuable feedback…

Outstanding recipe! The local paradise biryani was not open, made this to hopefully satisfy the family craving. It did more than that, this will be my first choice before ordering am oily fare from outside. Only point was balancing spice with sour without raita.?
