Egg cheese dosa recipe

Ingredients
  • dosa batter – 2 spoonfuls
  • egg – 1
  • salt – a pinch
  • red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • shredded cheese – 25 grams
  • chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
  • chopped spring onions – 1 tbsp
  • oil – 1 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. break an egg into a bowl and beat for a minute.
  2. add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder and mix well.
  3. heat up the pan.
  4. pour 2 full spoons of dosa batter and spread it into a round shape.
  5. pour oil around dosa.
  6. add beaten egg and spread it into a layer over dosa.
  7. add shredded cheese over the egg
  8. cover it and cook on low heat for a minute.
  9. add chopped spring onions, coriander leaves and transfer dosa into a serving plate.
Notes
1.do not flip dosa.[br]2.serve hot with peanut chutney or tomato ketchup.

    Is cheese to be added on top of egg mixture? You didn’t mention it in the ingredients or method.

      yes, Indira.you need to add cheese after adding egg mixture.sorry for the mistake.you please see it in the video version… I have updated the instructions.Thank you 🙂
