Chicken Liver Fry – how to make Andhra style Spicy chicken liver fry

By BINDU 4 Comments

Chicken Liver Fry Recipe with step by step instructions.Telugu Version.
chicken liver fry

Chicken liver fry is one of my favorite non-veg recipes. Chicken Liver is a good source of proteins, vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Iron. But unfortunately, it is high in cholesterol. So I cook chicken liver fry occasionally. 100 grams of cooked liver contains 24g of proteins and 563 mg cholesterol.

Unfortunately, I am a fortunate member of “LIVER LOVERS SOCIETY” (just kidding). I couldn’t resist myself from eating this. I am diet conscious. So whenever I eat liver, I do little more workouts.

You need to specify the qnty in marination of liver. Its confusing. You write marinate and later write add to the dish while cooking.

Excellent dish! I think you should consider adding a bit of sugar to break the heat of the chili powder and garam mashla
